With over 28 years of experience in organizational learning, development, and consulting for numerous Fortune 500 companies and governments across more than 50 countries worldwide, Dr. Bikram Kumar Singh is an award-winning training leader with a robust blend of academic rigor and practical, actionable knowledge in learning and development. He possesses deep expertise in learning and development and corporate training, underpinned by a strong foundation in adult learning theories, instructional design, and training needs analysis. Dr. Singh’s academic credentials complement his practical skills in organizational development, organizational learning, and the establishment of learning organizations. He is adept at applying systems theory and agile methodologies to create actionable learning frameworks, ensuring adaptability and effectiveness in dynamic corporate environments. His proficiency extends to training and performance evaluation, organizational behavior, and management consulting, with a focus on performance improvement and customer experience (CX) enhancement by leveraging cutting-edge learning technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, virtual reality, learning management systems, and data analytics.
Over the past 25 years, as Founder and CEO of BK One Learning, a global leader in BPO training and consulting, Dr. Bikram Kumar Singh has advised and collaborated with numerous clients worldwide, mainly Fortune 500 companies. He partners with their C-suite executives, HR, training, operations, and quality teams to help them create transformative, experiential, and constructive learning experiences and communities of practitioners that promote a culture of productivity and high performance across business functions. Additionally, Dr. Singh is the Co-Chair of the Board of Advisors for the Department of Learning Technologies at the University of North Texas, a top-250 global university with over 55,000 on-campus students, making it one of the largest universities in Texas. He holds a Ph.D. in Learning Technologies, with an emphasis on Workforce Learning and Performance, from the University of North Texas, where he also earned an MS in Workforce Learning and Performance. In addition, he has an MBA degree in Human Resource Management. With a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma Quality, he specializes in organizational development and organizational learning for transnational companies, training and certifying corporate trainers on his award-winning PRO-T program, providing training for international and offshore BPOs, behavioral training for employees across their employment lifecycles, management consulting on leadership development and performance improvement, customer experience improvement, CSAT/NPS enhancement for BPOs and BPMs, and establishing learning organizations at scale across some of the largest global organizations. Over the past 25 years, he has trained more than 70,000 professionals across over 50 countries for various multinational corporations, including Ameriprise Financial, Convergys, Google, KPMG, Deloitte, McKinsey, PWC, Accenture, Meta, Cognizant, JP Morgan, Infosys, Macy's, American Express, Capital One, GE, EXL, Dell, Wipro, IBM, HCL, Mphasis, Citigroup, Microsoft, Intel, Cadence, and WNS, among others.
