Welcome to the BK One Learning App. By downloading, accessing, or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you and BK One Learning, Inc., a global organization dedicated to purpose-driven corporate education. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.
Intellectual Property & Proprietary Tools
All content, methodologies, and frameworks provided within this app are the exclusive intellectual property of BK One Learning.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access training materials for personal or internal organizational development.

Proprietary diagnostic tools, including Eddie’s Voice Test™ (EVT™) and Bikram’s Model of Intonation™ (B.M.I.™), may not be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or distributed.

Specific training structures, including our signature 5-day, 4-hour-per-day workshop layouts, and our integrated ADDIE-2, Agile, and Six Sigma models, are protected materials.

Unauthorized commercial resale, recording, or external distribution of any course content or evaluation tool is strictly prohibited.
User Conduct & Account Responsibilities
To maintain the integrity of our digital learning environment, users must adhere to professional standards:

Account holders are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Engagement within the communication and organizational behavior modules must remain professional, respectful, and strictly related to the coursework.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas, for users outside India, and Gurugram, Haryana, for users within India. By using this application, users consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to this venue.
